Overview

Its symptoms include pain beneath the right shoulder blade, fever, nausea, upper right-side abdominal pain, biliary colic following a fatty meal, etc. The diagnostic process includes a cholecystogram, a HIDA scan, etc. Most frequently, a tiny video camera attached to the end of a flexible tube is used during cholecystectomy.
