Plotting and Interpretation of Growth Chart:

A growth chart, often known as a weight chart, is a straightforward graphic that displays a child's weight. Along with information on significant occurrences like vaccination, nursing, child spacing, etc., this chart gives a visual record of the kid's nutrition and health state. The chart's objectives are to evaluate normal growth and spot any deviations in health status. This makes it possible to provide necessary health advice and referrals, as necessary.

TEvery time a child's weight is examined, the mother brings the chart with her to the clinic. On the chart, it is indicated if the child's weight is rising or decreasing and is printed on sturdy, thick paper. If the weight has decreased or stayed the same, the underlying causes should be identified and addressed.
