Acute gingivostomatitis, discomfort of the mouth, salivation, fever, malaise, vesicles, herpetic rhinitis, keratoconjunctivitis, and genital herpes—vesicles on the vulva, cervix, or prepuce—are among the clinical symptoms of herpes simplex. Herpes zoster is a herpes zoster virus-induced unilateral, inflammatory, vesicular eruption. Herpes zoster's clinical symptoms include pain with hyper-anesthesia along a nerve's length, fever, and dematous patches along a nerve. They are quite painful and tender, and there is a unilateral rash, swollen, uncomfortable, and tender lymph nodes in the area. Herpes zoster is treated symptomatically with NSAIDs, steroid cream, calamine lotion, and Acyclovir 800mg. 5 times daily.
