The main assignment for school-age children is "Industry vs. Inferiority". As a result, school is crucial to a child's growth throughout this time. They gain a sense of pride and success when they connect with other students at school. At this point, numerous developmental milestones were reached. The core task of school age is " Industry vs. Inferiority "
" Industry vs. Inferiority " is the 4th stage.
Erik Erikson Oden twins his theory of psychosocial development. Erikson suggested that this stage takes place between the age of 6 and 11 years.
During this period of time, result, school plays a vital role in children's development. As they interact with other children at school, they acquire a sense of accomplishment and pride.
During the industry vs. inferiority stage, children become capable of performing increasing complex as result, they strive to master new skills.
