Organization

Allen defines an organization as "the process of identifying and organizing the work to be accomplished, defining and allocating responsibility and authority, and forming connections to enable people to work most effectively together to achieve objectives."

According to Mooney and Reiley, an organization is any human association formed for the aim of achieving a common goal.

Administration

The administration is a series of actions that result in the achievement of the intended aim. An administration function in a business is concerned with goal setting, policy formulation, and management procedures.

Management

Management is the process of creating and sustaining an environment in which individuals work effectively in groups to achieve specific goals.

Therefore, management can be defined as the process of planning, organizing, directing, and managing to effectively achieve predefined goals through the coordinated use of people and material resources.

Manager

A manager is a person who, by virtue of his position, has formal authority and obligation to carry out management functions.

A manager is a leader who works in an organization to help other individuals accomplish their jobs more effectively.

Leadership

Leadership is a physiological process of influencing and guiding followers or subordinates.

Leader
