The primary objective of Paropakar Sanstha was to provide malaria, dysentery, cholera, and typhoid medication to the poor. There was an expansion of Paropakar Sanstha's services in many areas of social welfare after the country's democracy was restored in 2007 BS.

USAID (United States Agency for International Development)
