Cooperation may also be described as the participation of various organizational individuals in activities that are advantageous to everybody. It happens when two or more individuals connect with each other in a group or community. The verb "facilitate" implies "to make easy" or "to ease a procedure." The facilitator organizes, directs, and oversees a group activity to make sure that the group's goals are successfully achieved through thoughtful discussion and active involvement.
In order to promote unity of action and harmonization of effects for achieving organizational goals, it is the process of bringing together the actions of multiple departments and individuals. It combines labor efforts in order to produce synergy through successful goal accomplishment.
