NNC's role in quality assurance is to maintain Professional Students and to assure quality assurance in various areas of the discipline such as Education Service, Research, and Management. The primary purpose of nursing education is to generate qualified human resources who will then be expected to provide quality services.

Every registered nurse must follow the professional conduct guidelines outlined below:

  1. Punctuality and consistency
  2. Discipline
  3. Following the order and direction.
  4. Courteous conduct
  5. There shall be no discrimination.
  6. Personal information will not be exposed.
  7. In an emergency, professional skills must be applied.
  8. Secrecy must be preserved.

Process of Quality Assurance

The following steps are also used in the quality assurance process in the service area:

  1. Input: qualified people selection and recruitment.
  2. Process: Qualification-based activities
  3. Nursing ethics and a code of behavior were upheld.
  4. Patient satisfaction, mortality, length of hospitalization, and disability are all outcomes.

Nursing Education

The following steps constitute the quality assurance process in education. First and foremost, it develops the policy and establishes the quality assurance requirements.

  1. Input
  2. Examine nursing schools and colleges for feasible infrastructures such as room size, student intake environment, human resources, clinical areas, library, and so on.
  3. The certification is then provided in order to run the program.
  4. Process: This comprises regular monitoring of the teacher, actual clinical practice during the session, and certification extension if a standard is satisfied.
  5. Output: Student quality following course completion, licensure, and individual accreditation.
