In a similar vein, economic crisis and problems result in inefficient administration and leadership. Leaders must deploy a variety of resources in order to effectively lead and manage a company toward its objectives.

Leadership is also impacted by the need for specific leadership trajectories in society. There is a person who is negligent, ineffective, and inept in various societies. In such a situation, autocratic leadership style must be used to successfully and efficiently accomplish the objectives.

When a leader goes to a foreign country then he/she has to adjust to their culture and society in which the leader grows up. For example, family influences social norms.
Education:
Education is one of the factors which affect leadership. It plays a vital role in it. For effective leadership, the leader must use his/her education in proper manner. Education makes people polite, instills confidence for all work. It helps to make good understanding between each other. It helps to produce ability to motivate others. These help to make good leadership.
Experience:
It is also of the factors that affect leadership because if the leader has had a practical and theoretical he/she may develop more confidence and he would find it easier to be a leader. If he had experience by the trial and error method, he/she will remember it in another management and try not to do same mistake again. This way he/she improve his/her weakness from the experiences.
