Assistant Matron's job title is Assistant Matron, and she works in a hospital.   • Administrative Activities
  1. Assist Matron in all administrative responsibilities.
  2. Evaluate the level of various nursing personnel, coworkers, and their activities and placement.

  4. Create a schedule for your sister or supervisor with the help of a worried sister.
  5. Maintain good communication both within and outside of the organization.
